Vegan Valentine's Day

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I wanted to share something I did back in 2015! Way before I was "Forkin' Plants" and was known as "myveganplate," my friend Whitney asked me to create a Valentine's Day recipe for her. She came over with decorations in hand and we turned this recipe into an incredibly fun photoshoot!
Whitney used to photograph and write for Pure Up, Buttercup with three other incredible women, and now she runs her own photography business with her husband: David & Drew Photography. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I've had the pleasure of watching her learn and grow so much since this fun day! My kitchen skills have come a long way since then, too ;)
